It is submitted by learned A.G.A. that in the present case the charge sheet has been forwarded to the court.

This petition has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned  to ensure the fair investigation of case crime No. 151 of 2013, under sections 147, 146, 395, 304, 201 IPC, P.S. Sangipur, District Pratapgarh.

Considering the submission made by learned A.G.A. that this petition has become infractuous.

In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the police report, the same shall be raised before the Magistrate concerned  when such report is filed by the I.O. of this case.

Accordingly the petition is disposed of.
