Learned counsel for petitioner appeared. Learned A.G.A. appeared for respondent nos. 1,  2 and 3. None appeared for respondent no. 4.

Service of notice on respondent no.4 is insufficient. 

Shri Gorakh Nath, Station House Officer, Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad appeared and filed short counter affidavit regarding progress of recovery of corpus.  The same is taken on record.  He prayed for one month further time  for producing corpus before this Court.

In view of above, one month further time is granted for producing corpus before this court.

List on 1.12.2014 for hearing.

Respondent no.3 is directed to produce the corpus before this Court on the next date fixed failing which personal affidavit  shall be filed by respondent nos. 2 and 3 showing steps  taken by police for recovery of corpus.

Let a copy of this order be given to the learned A.G.A. for compliance within two days without any charges.
