Learned counsel for petitioners appeared. Learned A.G.A. appeared for respondent nos. 1 and 2. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 appeared.
Respondent nos. 3 and 4 produced corpus petitioner no.2 Ms. Mahima Goswami (minor), petitioner no.3 Master Akshat Goswami (minor) and petitioner no.4 Lakshmi Goswami @ Nikita Shastry.
Learned counsel for both parties informed that parties are negotiating to settle the dispute of custody of said three corpus.
In view of above statement of learned counsel for both parties, time is granted for mediation to settle the dispute.
List on 18.12.2014. In the meantime respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall afford opporutnity to petitioner no.1 to have meeting with petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 at least once in a month at Badodara (Gujrat).
Personal attendance of the parties is dispensed with.
