Heard Sri S.S. Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Bhadur Yadav, learned AGA for the State.

Sri Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the complainant is not present.

It has been submitted that vide order dated 11.04.2014 learned AGA is directed to file counter affidavit annexing the chemical analyst report but till date no report has been filed.

Leaned AGA states that in spite of the order being communicated to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Varanasi for submitting the said report, the same has not been received by him till date.

Learned AGA is further directed to file counter affidavit annexing the said report by next date fixed, failing which the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Varanasi shall appear in person along with said report. 

The Registrar General is directed to send the certified copy of this order to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Varanasi as well as learned AGA for its compliance.
