Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they were transferred from Civil Police to G.R.P. vide order dated 22.7.2011,  with the condition that on completion of three years of service they shall be repatriated to Civil Police without requirement of a fresh order being issued, inspite of it petitioners are not being relieved, presumably, in view of the subsequent Circular dated 2.3.2012 by which  it has been provided that such repatriation shall be on the basis of seniority and the senior man shall be repatriated, first  and as senior to the petitioners are still to be repatriated from G.R,.P. therefore they have not been sent back. In this respect he has placed reliance on the judgment of this court dated 18.12.2012, passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 47540 of 2012 and order dated 30.7.2012, passed in Writ A No. 36616 of 2012.

Put up this case on 27.11.2014,as fresh, to enable learned Standing Counsel to seek instructions.
