The appeal was filed with the defect of non-mentioning of valuation of the suit and appeal and this defect was noticed by the stamp reporter on 24.2.2007. It has not been rectified till date though more than 7 years have been passed. The appeal is, therefore, defective and dismissed under chapter r Chapter XI Rule 8 of the Allahabad High Cour Rules, 1952 for deficiency of court fee.
