This writ petition was decided on 1.9.2014.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the post of the petitioner was mentioned in paragraph nos. 4, 5 and 7 of the writ petition as 'Anganwadi Karyakatri' whereas it should have been 'Anganwadi Sahayika'. Consequently, in the judgment dated 1.9.2014 also 'Anganwadi Karyakatri' has been mentioned in place of 'Anganwadi Sahayika'.

In Re: Civil Misc. Modification Application No........of 2014

The counsel for the applicant/petitioner filed an application for modification of the writ petition which, in fact, in substance is an application for amendment. The said application is allowed. The counsel for the applicant/petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in paragrap nos. 4, 5 and 7 of the writ petition by substituting the correct words 'Anganwadi Sahayika' in place of 'Anganewadi Karyakatri'. He is also allowed to correct the name of the teshil i.e. Tehsil - Bada Gaon substituting Tehsil - Sadar in its place in paragraph no. 4 of the writ petition as also in the interim application during the course of the day.

In Re: Civil Misc. Correction Application NO. 355125 of 2014 

The aforesaid judgment dated 1.9.2014 is corrected and the application for correction moved in this regard is allowed. Office is directed to issue corrected certified copy of the judgment dated 1.9.2014.
