Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This  application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction for the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1 Ghaziabad to consider and decide  Complaint Case No. 1510 of 2011 under Section 138 N.I. Act, police station Loni, district Ghaziabad, expeditiously, preferably within stipulated time.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1 Ghaziabad to consider and decide  Complaint Case No. 1510 of 2011 under Section 138 N.I. Act, police station Loni, district Ghaziabad  most expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, if possible within  a period of six months from the date of production of a  certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
