A dispute has been raised with regard to the order of rejection of the candidature of the petitioner  for the post of Assistant Teacher in Urdu subject in Primary Schools of the State of U.P. The petitioner's candidature has been rejected  on the ground that he does not possess the qualification as prescribed in the Government Order dated 17th August, 2013.

In similar circumstances, it appears  that  Writ Petition No.17728 of 2014  has been filed  in which counter affidavit has been called. 

Connect this writ petition with Writ Petition No. 17732 of 2014.

Learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3. Sri S.K.Chaudhary, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.2 and 4.

The respondents may file counter affidavit within three weeks.
