This is an application for correction of judgment and order dated 14.03.2014.

Submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that the writ petition was dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the Commissioner of the concerned Division but in the aforesaid judgment and order, the 'Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow' has been written due to typographical error. It is also submitted that District Barabanki falls under Faizabad Division. Further submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that because of wrong mention of the Division, the petitioner could not file appeal within time provided by this Court, therefore, he also prays for extension of some more time for filing the appeal. As such, necessity for moving the instant application arose.

On due consideration, the application is allowed. 

In the order dated 14.03.2014 'the Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow' be read as "the Commissioner, Faizabad Division, Faizabad" and the petitioner is permitted to file an appeal in pursuance to the order dated 14.03.2014, within a period of 15 days from today.
