This matter was earlier differed about half of a dozen times on one ground on the other.

Today the case is again listed.

Ms. Sufia Saba, learned Advocate is present.

Sri Punit Kumar Gupta, learned Advocate gave the facts in detail upon which passing of the order appears to be very convenient but at this stage Ms. Sufia Saba submits that presence of Miss Ashan Shafaut, learned Advocate is necessary who has not come today for some personal reason.

Although Ms. Sufia Saba is to take care of her own client but she insisted that presence of Miss Ashan Shafaut is necessary.

In view of the aforesaid, put up this matter tomorrow.

It is made clear that tomorrow the case will be taken up and the order will be passed.

Interim order granted earlier will remain in operation till tomorrow.
