Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to decide original suit No.500 of 2012, (Ashok Kumar Singh Yadav Vs. Kawaldhari Singh Yadav and others) pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Saidpur, Ghazipur within a time bound period.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of argument confines his prayer for speedy disposal of his interim injunction application pending in the aforesaid suit.
In view of limited prayer made above, as the notices have already been issued to the defendants to the suit, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concern to consider or decide the above interim injunction application in accordance with law, if necessary, ex-parte or by resorting to substituted service so that effective orders are passed on it expeditiously preferably within a period of three months with outer limit of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order provided there is no legal impediment in deciding it.
The benefit of this order would not be available, in case petitioner seeks unwarranted adjournments or two continuous adjournments.
Petition is disposed of.
