Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this application.

Cause shown, in the affidavit seems to be satisfactory.

The order dated 10.2.2014 is hereby recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number subject to deposit of Rs.500/- as costs and the same shall be transmitted to the Oudh Bar Association for purchase of books in its Library.
