This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation of case crime No. 310 of 2014, under sections 304-B, 201, 498-A, 506 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act P.S. Akhand Nagar, District Sultanpur.

From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case he is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P.  Sultanpur who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
