Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 224383 of 2014

This is an application for correction of order dated 14.05.2014 passed by this Court.

It is admitted by learned counsel for the parties that a wrong order has been passed. The same is accordingly recalled and its place a fresh and correct order is being passed today.

"Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A. G. A. He prays for and is granted six weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

Issue notice to the opposite party no. 2 indicating therein that he may also file counter affidavit within the same period.

Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List after eight weeks."
