This petition has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the police authority concerned to recover the alleged kidnapped girl in case crime No. 285 of 2011 under sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Sitapur.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case charge sheet has been submitted and both the accused persons have been released on bail but the alleged kidnapped girl Sangeeta has not been recovered. It is very serious matter, therefore, we are directing the S.P. Sitapur to ensure the recovery of the alleged kidnapped girl preferably withina period of four months from today. In case the alleged kidnapped girl is not recovered, it shall be open to the petitoner to move a fresh petition.

Accordingly this petition is is disposed of.
