In pursuance of the order dated 11.4.2013 the inquiry report has been submitted.

This petition has been filed by the petitioners Ansar Ahmad And Ors. with a prayer to quash the FIR of case crime No. 114 of 2013 under section 3(1) U.P.Gangster @ Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Sultanpur.

From the perusal of the FIR it appears that on the basis of allegation made therein the prima facie cognizable offence is made out. There is no scope of interfering in the FIR. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the FIR is refused.

However, considering the inquiry report, it is directed that in case the petitioners have not appeared before the court concerned and they appear within 20 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously  by the courts below in accordance with the law.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
