Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner Anand Kumar with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation of case crime No.289 of 2014, under sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Shahabad, District Hardoi.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case within six months of the marriage the deceased has been killed. According to the FIR the deceased had died due to burn injury, The allegation of demand of dowry  and subjecting the deceased to cruelty has been made in the FIR. But it is submitted by learned A.G.A. that in the present case final report has been  forwarded, it is directed that I.O. of this case shall appear before this court on 23.7.2014. Till then the police report shall not be submitted  in the court of learned  Magistrate concernened, if it has not already been filed.
