Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri H.K. Misra, learned Advocate who appeared for the respondents.

Challenge in this petition is the order passed by the Chief Medical Officer by which petitioner has been shifted from Community Health Centre Dhanapur Chandauli to New Primary Health Centre Jiyanpur.

Petitioner is appointed under the N.R.H.M. Scheme .

As this is just a routine adjustment within the district petitioner cannot be said to have suffered any prejudice much less serious prejudice so as to call for interfere in the writ jurisdiction.

For the reasons given above, we decline to interfere.

Writ petition dismissed.
