In compliance of the Court's order dated 10.11.2014 the S.S.P, Kanpur has filed his affidavit in the matter through learned AGA which is taken on record.
Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
After perusing the affidavit filed by S.S.P., Kanpur, it is appears that there were seven investigating officers investigated the case but the manner in which first six investigation officers have conducted the investigation of a murder case in which the 10 years of old girl has been murder appears to be disturbing.
The S.S.P., Kanpur shall take action against the erring officials, in accordance with law, who have not attended the investigation in prompt manner and kept the matter pending for last one year, and charge sheet was submitted against the applicant only on 19.08.2014 though he was named in the FIR and submit a report to this Court by next date fixed.
Connect the present matter with Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 42326 of 2014 (Kumari Nirmala Vs. State of U.P.) and list on 17.12.2014. On the said date, the S.S.P., Kanpur Nagar shall remain present along with his report.
The Registrar General of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the D.G.P, Uttar Pradesh, S.S.P, Kanpur Nagar and learned AGA for it's compliance.
