Learned counsel for petitioner appeared. Learned A.G.A. appeared for respondent nos. 1,  2 and 3. Notice issued to respondent no.4 has been returned back without service. 

Short counter affidavit filed today on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 is taken on record.

It has been stated in counter affidavit that  investigation is in progress and one accused has been arrested and charge sheet has been submitted.

Learned A.G.A. prayed for time to trace and produce corpus before the court on the next date.

In view of above, one month further time is granted for producing corpus before this court.

List on 21.1.2015 for hearing.

Respondent nos.2 and 3 are directed to produce the corpus before this Court on the next date fixed failing which personal affidavit  shall be filed by respondent nos. 2 and 3 showing steps  taken by police for recovery of corpus.

Let a copy of this order be given to learned A.G.A. for compliance.
