Heard learned counsel for the petitioners  and learned A.G.A.

This petition has been filed by the petitioners Vipin Kumar Srivastava And Ors.  with a prayer to quash the impugned FIR of case crime No.  247of 2014 under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504, 506, 341 IPC and section 7 of Crl. Law Amendment Act, P.S.  Bikapur, District Faizabad.

From the perusal of the FIR it appears that on the basis of allegation made therein the prima facie cognizable offence is made out. There is no scope of interfering in the impugned FIR. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the FIR is refused.

However, considering the facts, it is directed that in case petitioners appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously if possible on the same day by the courts below.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
