Argument is that petitioner has been transferred to Allahabad on the post of Sahayak Van Sanrakshak, Court Case, although there is no such post in the Forest Department at Allahabad. It is further submitted that when petitioner gave his joining at Allahabad, he has not been permitted to do so on the ground that there is no such post at Allahabad.

Learned Standing Counsel is to obtain instruction and to apprise this court the correct fact.
