Sri Vipin Chandra Pandey has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the applicants is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.

In view of specific averments made in paragraph nos. 10, 11, 12 of the application prima facie, a case for grant of an interim relief is made out.

Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1.

Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable at an early date.

Four weeks time is granted to opposite party no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A. to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

Until further orders of this Court, further proceedings of S.S.T. No. 13 of 2014, Case Crime No. 104 of 2013, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 427, 452 I.P.C. and 3(1)(10) SC/ST Act, P.S. Lalauli, District Faehpur pending in the court of Special Judge SC/ST, Fatehpur shall remain stayed as against the applicants.
