1.     Sri Subham Agarwal, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator has filed O.L.Report (Judl) No. 234 of 2014. In paragraph no. 5 of the aforesaid O.L. report, it is stated that a notice of Special Appeal (Defective) No. 689 of 2014 has been received by the Official Liquidator . 

2.     It is stated by Sri Subham Agarwal that the aforesaid special appeal is listed today and as such this case  may be listed in the next cause list.

3.     Sri J. Nagar, Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Prateek J. Nagar, learned counsel for the National Textile Corporation Ltd. prays for time to seek instruction in the matter with respect to compliance of the order dated 27th May, 2014.

4.     As prayed by Sri Nagar list on 5th September, 2014.
