The appellant is present in person along with her Advocate. Respondent is represented by Sri Anoop Kumar Pandey, Advocate. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent could not come today on account of some unavoidable reason and requested that some other date may be fixed.

On the request of learned counsel for both the parties, list on 10.9.2014. On that day, both the parties shall appear in person.

Till the next date of listing, the operation of the order dated 18.11.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur in Divorce Petition No. 12 of 2002 under Section 13(1)(A) of the Hindu Marriage Act shall remain stayed.

We further direct the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- to the appellant towards cost. The amount shall be paid by the next date.
