Heard Sri R.N. Shukla, learned counsel for official liquidator.

Pursuant to the order dated 23.7.2014, OL Report NO. (JUDl)/232 of 2014dated 20.8.2014 has been filed. In paragraph nos. 3, 4 5 and 6 of the report, it is stated that an advertisement was published in the daily news paper 'Amar Ujala' (HIndi) and 'Times of India' (English) dated 3.8.2014 for sale of properties of the company liquidation. Inspection of the property situate at village Parsohiya, PO - Purendrapur, tehsil Farenda, district Mahrajganj (UP) was arranged for prospective bidders from 8.8.2014 to 9.8.2014, but neither anybody turned up nor tender form was purchased by any prospective bidders. No tender/offer has been received in response to the said advertisement published on 3.8.2014.

Under the circumstances, official liquidator is directed to submit a report suggesting the manner for disposal of the properties of the company in liquidation, in accordance with law, which may fetch maximum possible consideration.

Report shall be submitted by the official liquidator after taking comments of the secured creditors. 

OL Report NO. JUDL/232 of 2014 is disposed of.
