Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By means of instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.4 not to make any interference  in the peaceful functioning of business of the petitioner of slaughtering and selling buffaloes meat in village Mangalsi P.S. Raunahi, District Faizabad.

The said writ petition was taken up before the Court on 21.8.2003, the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"List and connect with Writ Petition No. 6017(M/B) of 2002.

Notice on behalf of opposite parties no.1 to 4 has been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel.

Issue notice to opposite party no.5 returnable at an early date.

In the meantime, it is provided that in case no bye-laws has been framed by the Zila Panchyat and there are no statutory ruels or valid executive orders for restraining the petitioners from slaughtering and selling the buffalo's meat at the particular place the petitioners' business shall not be interfered with."

In terms of the above interim order, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
