Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner Kumari Hina Throu.Her Mother Smt. Sakira with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to transfer the investigation  of case crime No. 697 of 2014, under sections 363, 366 IPC, PS. Mohan Ganj, District Amethi.

From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is victim of the above mentioned case, the FIR has been lodged by Mohd. Zaheer and the statement of the victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has made the allegation against the accused persons by disclosing her aged 15 years, it is directed that in case she is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P. Amethi who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.

The prayer sought for transferring the investigation to other investigating agency can not be granted, such prayer is refused.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
