Application for impleadment has been filed by Smt. Smriti Gupta in the instant writ petition stating therein that a shop has been allotted in her favour by Smt. Savita Garg.

On perusal of record it reflects that it has been prayed by the petitioner that a direction may be issued in the nature of restraining the opposite parties from damaging/ demolishing the existing constructions over commercial plots nos. 17/5 & 17/6, situated in Sector-17, Rajajipuram, Lucknow.  It has further been prayed that against the demolition notice can be issued only by Nagar Nigam and in case unauthorized construction has been raised within the municipal limit, the said power is to be exercised only by Nagar Nigam under Chapter XIII of the Nagar Mahapalika Adhiniyam, 1959.

Accordingly, if the applicant has any grievance, he may file a regular suit, if he so desires.

Hence the application is rejected.
