Smt. Meera Yadav and Sri Hari Om Yadav, both, husband and wife appeared in person along with their counsel. Both stated that they have settled-down their dispute and agreed to live together. Sri Hari Om Yadav stated that he will carry her during the Navratra. It is requested that the matter may be posted after Deepawali.

List on 10.11.2014. Both the parties shall file affidavit in respect of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
