1. Heard Sri G.R.S. Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amresh Singh for respondent no. 4 and learned standing counsel for the State Respondents.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that certain orders passed by the consolidation authorities are being given effect to on the spot but, in fact, his crops are standing over the land in dispute and as such he has prayed that these modifications may not be implemented on the spot.
3. It is admitted case of the petitioner that he has filed a revision before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Budaun (the DDC) which is pending consideration there.
4. Under the circumstances, there is no justification for this Court to grant any interim protection to the petitioner since the revision of the petitioner is already pending consideration before the DDC. The proper remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the said revisional court for interim protection, if any, that he may require.
5. Accordingly and subject to the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
