This petition has been filed by the petitioner Praveen Kumar Niranjan with a prayer to quash the impugned FIR of case crime No. 135 of 2013 under sections 406, 420IPC, P.S. Ghazipur, District Lucknow.
From the perusal of the FIR it appears that on the basis of allegation made therein the prima facie cognizable offence is made out. There is no scope of interfering in the impugned FIR. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the FIR is refused.
However, considering the facts, it is directed that in case petitioner appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously if possible on the same day by the courts below.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
