This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation of case crime No. 266-A of 2010, P.S. Kotwali Sadar, District Sitapur and restrain them from harassing the petitioners in accordance with law.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the arrest of the petitioners has already been stayed by the another bench of this court on 29.10.2012 in Cr. Misc. Writ Petition No. 8905 of 2012. In such circumstances, there is no need to issue fresh direction in this regard.
Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
