Heard Sri S.D.Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's lease has been cancelled on the ground that the petitioner is a Kisan Sewak whereas in the memo of revision it has been stated that he is not a Kisan sewak but the revisional court has not addressed itself on the said fact and dismissed the revision.
Matter requires scrutiny.

Notices on behalf of respondent nos. 1,2 and 3 have been accepted by the office of the learned chief standing counsel whereas Sri Amresh Singh has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.4, therefore, notice need not be issued to respondent nos. 1 to 4. Let notice be issued to respondent nos. by registered post returnable at an early date. Steps be taken within two weeks.
