Heard Sri Vipul Rai holding brief of Sri Anoop Trivedi, counsel for the revisionist, Sri Amit Daga, counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.

It is submitted by Sri Vipul Rai, counsel for the revisionist that application  dated 17.05.2013 is pending for adding some new grounds in the memo of the revision.

Sri Amit Daga, counsel for the revisionist submits that there is no provisions for adding new grounds in the memo of the revision and if there is any legal grounds which the learned counsel for the revisionist wants to argue, he may argue that very well without adding that in the memo of the revision.

The application dated 17.05.2013 filed by the learned counsel for the revisionist is not available on the record.

Office is directed to trace out the same and place it on record.

List on 1.5.2014 for hearing/admission and disposal of application dated 17.5.2013.
