           Pursuant to the Order dated 26th July, 2013 passed on Civil Misc. Delay Condonation Application No. 212738 of 2013, the case is listed today.

            Sri Satish Chandra, Advocate has filed today his Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent.

         Sri Satish Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent states that copy of the aforementioned  Delay Condonation Application has not been received by the respondent along with Notice.

           Sri Gautam, learned counsel for the appellant states that Copy of the aforementioned Delay Condonation Application will be supplied to the learned counsel for the respondent by 30th September, 2013.

            Let this be done by 30th September, 2013.

           In compliance with the directions given in the Order dated 26th July, 2013, Smt. Sarita, appellant is personally present before the Court, and she is identified by her Counsel Sri Gautam.

           Further, in compliance with the directions given in the Order dated 26th July, 2013, Rajendra Kumar, respondent is also personally present before the Court, and he is identified by his counsel Sri Satish Chandra.

           Learned counsel for the parties pray that the case may be directed to be listed on 14th November, 2013 so that in the meantime, efforts may be made for bringing about  Settlement between the parties.

           The case is accordingly directed to be listed on 14th November, 2013.  Both the parties will be personally present before the Court on the said date.

           The name of Sri Satish Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent will be shown in the cause list when the case is listed next.
