In compliance of order dated 13.9.2013, Shri Man Singh and Shri Sanjay Singh, Oath Commissioners are present before this Court, who had sworn the affidavits filed on behalf of opposite party no.2. Both the aforesaid Oath Commissioners have tendered their unconditional and unqualified apology and realised their mistakes, they have assured that they will not commit such mistake in future.

In view of the unconditional apology tendered by the aforesaid Oath Commissioners, they are warned to be more cautious in future while swearing any affidavit filed by any person and shall check all the contents before putting their signatures and seal on the affidavit. Future appearance of both the Oath Commissioners are hereby exempted, unless otherwise required in future.

Since both the affidavits filed on behalf of opposite party no.2 are against the Rules of Court, hence, rejected. Counsel for the opposite party no.2 is directed to file a fresh affidavit in support of his case.

List this case after two weeks.
