         Pursuant to the Order dated 13th August, 2013, the case has been put up today as a fresh case.

        Sri Ashok Trivedi, learned counsel for the appellant is present.

       The Office has submitted its Report dated 8th August, 2013 that the Court fee amounting to Rs. 1153/- has been submitted on behalf of the appellant in respect of the deficiency in Court fee, as reported by the Stamp Reporter in his Report dated 9th July, 2013.

       In view of the above, let a fresh report submitted by  the Stamp Reporter in regard to the removal of defects as reported in his Report dated 9th July, 2013. 

       In case,  the defects have been removed,  appropriate regular Number will be given to the Appeal.

       Put up as fresh on 17th September, 2013.
