This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner no.2, Smt. Anoopa Rai, for the custody of her minor daughter, Km. Ayushi, the petitioner no.1, aged about two and half years, who is alleged to be in the custody of respondents no.4 to 7, the family members of her husband's side.

It is submitted that the respondents no.4 to 7 have kept the daughter of the petitioner in their illegal detention. The husband of the petitioner has committed suicide on account of harassment meted to him by the respondents no.4 to 7.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the notices be issued to the respondents no.4 to 7, who shall file counter affidavit within four weeks, and produce the corpus, Km. Ayushi on 8th October, 2013 before this Court.

Learned AGA may file counter affidavit within the aforesaid period.

List on 8th October, 2013. On that date the respondents no.4 to 7 are directed to produce the corpus, Km. Ayushi before this Court.
