       Supplementary Affidavit, as mentioned in the Order dated 18th July, 2013, has been filed today on behalf of the petitioner.

       A  perusal of the Certified Copy of the Order-Sheet filed with the Supplementary Affidavit shows the  progress of the Appeal till 4.11.2009.  However,  the Order-Sheet for the subsequent period has not been filed on behalf of the petitioner nor has it been mentioned in the Supplementary Affidavit as to what proceedings took place in the Appeal since 4.11.2009 till date.

       Let a fresh Supplementary Affidavit be filed on behalf of the petitioner in this regard.

       Put up as fresh on 26th September, 2013.
