The grievance in the matter of non selection for award of the dealership of retail outlet in question is pending consideration before respondent no. 2. Petitioner seeks early disposal of the same.

In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation ventilating all his grievances before respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order, which will be disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks thereafter.
