Sri Sandeep Chaudhary, Advocate, holding brief of Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission, states that as per the instruction, Government Order dated 12.11.2013 has not been received by the Commission and the moment the order will be received, the Commission will act on the basis of the said order. He also submitted that till the receipt of the government order, the Commission may not proceed in pursuance of the earlier government order. He, however, requested that the matter may be placed on 9.12.2013.
