The order of the High Court dated 8.11.2013 could not be carried out in letter and spirit as per the affidavit filed today before us by the Vice-Chairman, Allahabad Development Authority only on the ground  of the strike of the Officials of the State. There was some difficulty in exact demarcation of the area which has been sold and possession whereof has to be handed over. 

Learned counsel for the Allahabad Development Authority seeks further  three weeks time for the said purpose.

We are of the considered opinion that the Allahabad Development Authority must have taken adequate steps for demarcating the plot.

Nothing further is directed inasmuch as this Court is granting one last opportunity to the Allahabad Development Authority to ensure delivery of possession to the Indian Oil Corporation by 28.11.2013, and for the purposes we further direct that the Collector of the District concerned shall himself, along with SSP, ensure that no law and order problem is created. If there is any legal bar to the possession being delivered, the Vice-Chairman shall indicate the same in his report to enable this Court to pass such orders as may be necessary on the next date.

List on 28.11.2013.  On that date the Vice-Chairman shall be personally  present before the Court.
