Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and the learned AGA.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionists that pursuant to the order dated 16.5.2012, the revisionist no.1, Dr. Gajendra Vikram Singh(Husband) and the opposite party no.2, Smt. Purva Pal @ Purwa Singh(Wife) appeared before the Mediation & Reconciliation Centre at Allahabad and an agreement has been arrived between them on 28.9.2012. As per the settlement agreement total amount of thirty lacs have been paid by the revisionist no.1 to the opposite party no.2 and thereafter no differences have remained between them, therefore the revision may be decided in terms of the aforesaid compromise.
In the interest of justice it is necessary to hear the opposite party no.2 for finally disposing of the revision, therefore, let a notice be issued to the opposite party no.2, returnable within a period of four weeks, who shall file counter affidavit within the aforesaid period.
