This is correction application no.49967 of 2013. After perusing the record the order dated 14.5.2013 is hereby corrected by mentioning 245(2) Cr.P.C. in place of 145(2) Cr.P.C. in last third line of fourth para of the order.

Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
