Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

This is correction application no. 49979 of 2013. After perusing the record the order dated 14.5.2013 is hereby corrected by mentioning case No. 1965 of 2004 in place of 1965 of 200 in third line of second paragraph and by mentioning O.P. No. 2 in place of O.P. in second line of third para of the order.

Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
