Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a percentage of land acquired is to be allotted to land holder for purposes of abadi as per policy decision of the State Government which is being followed by Greater Noida. It has further been submitted that several co-sharers, whose lands were acquired alongwith share of the petitioner, have already been allotted abadi land under that policy but application of the petitioner contained in Annexure-5 dated 20.03.2008 followed by reminders, such as dated 3.12.2012 contained in Annexure-7, are still pending.
Learned counsel for Greater Noida submits that a reasonable time may be granted for disposal of the claim of the petitioner.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Greater Noida-respondent no.3 to decide the claim of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, at an early date, preferably within three months from the date of filing of the reminder alongwith a certified copy of this order.
