Heard Sri Manav Bhargava holding brief of Sri M.P.Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The applicant, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to direct the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Allahabad to decide the Complaint Case No.1796 of 2011 (Smt.Sudha Jaiswar Vs. Prabhat Kumar Jaiswar and others), u/s 12, 18, 19,20, 22 and 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005, P.S. Khuldabad, district Allahabad within a stipulated period of time granted by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the aforesaid case and conclude the same preferably within the period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order before the trial court without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties if there is no legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, this 482 application is finally disposed of.
