    After some arguments, Shri Arvind Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner states that Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 32627 of 2013, filed by the petitioner, is pending before this Court, and the petitioner will move appropriate Application in the said Writ Petition for seeking appropriate reliefs, and therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present Writ Petition, and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move appropriate Application in the said Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 32627 of 2013.

    In view of the statement made above, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner, if any, to move appropriate Application in the said Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 32627 of 2013, which is stated to be pending before this Court.
